OVERVIEW
VARScent is a testing aid for the Boise State University Psychology and Engineering departments as a means to quickly and efficiently proctor tests to patients under consistent and configurable test settings. The application was created in mind that hundreds of people would be tested with it, so every aspect of the application is robust and offers a clean and easy to understand method of conducting tests using VR headsets.

This project involved me spearheading the Unity side of the application, communicating with our middleware team to setup the proper connections to receive test data from the Arduino on the VR headset. As this will be used in a healthcare context, extra care was put into the design of the test from start to finish. Comfortability and clarity of data is necessary for clean tests with consistent variables so the psychology team can trust that their tests were not skewed by factors they are unaware of. My contributions on this project are:
Creating the Core Gameplay Loop in Unity with C# Scripting
Experimenting and Implementing Eye Tracking Technology with Pupil Labs Neon
Establishing Endpoints for Data to inject into Unity from the Middleware
